11月初使用Lunarpages的空间，半个月来，速度一直很快。下载速度能达到120K/S，上传也能达到60K/S，但是从11月18日开始，开始就不稳定。下载文件时初始速度可以达到120K/S以上，但是马上就快速下降到10K/S左右。FTP的速度也是如此，先快后慢。而且慢得无法忍受。于是发帖询问过：

自己也从几个方面进行了测试。自己的ping值如下：

这样看来IP应该没有问题，没有被封；
然后我把FTP都改成被动模式，也是很慢，情况没有得到改观；
用Dreamhost空间SSH远程FTP连接测试一下，速度很快
3MB的文件一秒钟 get完成 （如下图点击放大查看） （3354.8 kB/s）
朋友说绝对不是LP的网络问题
可能是我自己或ISP出口带宽问题
于是我的tracert数据如下图
这样看来，我的路由没有什么问题。接下来，我就发邮件联系lunarpages的客服；
lunarpages的回复，我提供了所在地理位置、IP地址、TRACERT数据、ISP等信息后，他们回复如下Hi,
Thank you for providing that tracert. looking at it I do see that there is some latency that begins with the 202.97.51.74 IP address.

You may want to check with your ISP and see if they have been having any connectivity issues providing a copy of this tracert to them for review as well.
